Kristine Boldt

Kristine was born and raised in the Niagara region, where she cultivated a deep understanding of the area and its amenities. Her intimate knowledge of the area will undoubtedly prove invaluable to her clients, providing them with insights that only a true local can offer. Kristine’s passion for real estate, paired with her commitment to helping others, makes her an extraordinary sales representative. Throughout the years, Kristine has played an integral role in numerous real estate ventures; from being a non-licensed assistant, to assisting in property flips and investment properties including a triplex and a 9-unit apartment building.

Prior to joining Boldt Realty, Kristine dedicated 20 years working alongside her husband Ted and her in-laws Peter and Fern Boldt as partners at Boldt Pools and Spas, until selling the business in 2007.

In 2018, she together with her husband Ted launched Boldt Realty Inc.. Kristine’s addition as a licensed agent marks yet another exciting chapter in what has been a remarkable journey thus far.
