Justin was a lot of fun to work with, and we definitely presented him with a few challenges along the way! As a large family with a unique dynamic, it’s sometimes difficult to know how people are going to receive you, but Justin was very respectful and welcomed our unusual situation with open arms. Not only did he have all 3 of our wants and opinions to consider, but we also had 4 children at home and I was pregnant with our 5th, so we needed a lot of bedrooms, in a great neighbourhood and school district. He must have showed us 30+ houses–sometimes at very random times of day just because it was the only time we could make viewings work in our busy lives. He was also helping us sell our house at the same time. When we finally found our new home, Justin demonstrated a genuine excitement and happiness right along with us. We are so appreciative of all of the work he put into helping us buy and sell our homes, and can’t thank him enough for the professionalism and inclusivity he demonstrated.

We had the pleasure of meeting Justin in June of 2019 when we came to Welland to look at a few open houses and try to figure out if this was the area we wanted to retire to. The very first Open House we went to was hosted by Justin. He was very knowledgeable and personable and took the time to understand what we were looking for as well as our timing. We knew immediately that Justin was the Real Estate Agent for us. Over the next few months Justin kept in touch with us and just before COVID hit we arranged to spend the day with him viewing properties. At the end of the day, Justin had a really good idea of what we were looking for and what features were important to us. On June 1, 2020 Justin reached out with a new listing that he felt fit our requirements perfectly. We viewed the listing online and called him to set up the appointment for us to see it.
