I just want to say thank you very much for all the work you did on my behalf over the last year finding me just the right property

 Jim worked hard and put in many hours making sure the deal I was getting was best for me.  I was wanting to purchase a commercial building suitable to move my business into.  An automotive shop has very particular needs and I had never purchased a commercial property of this size before.  Jim has a lot of experience in commercial properties beyond his real estate experience due to his previous career in the fuel industry.  His knowledge was especially helpful when it came to the environmental end of things and what to look out for. 

Jim did a great job of dealing with the seller’s agent who was very lacking in professionalism.  In one case. Jim ended up doing the things the other agent should have been doing but wasn’t, just to make sure I had all the information I should have.

In the end, Jim helped me to purchase a great property larger than what I required but within my budget.  So, not only do I own a great commercial property, I also have great commercial space I’m renting out which helps pay for the building I’ve purchased.
