Jim Brennan

Jim comes to us with over 30 years experience as a Real Estate professional, having provided his clients in and around the GTA, with his vast knowledge and expertise in the buying and selling of investment and residential properties.

Jim’s early career in newspaper circulation management, including time with the Edmonton Sun, Globe & Mail and Financial Post, gave him the tools necessary to transition into the role of Realtor®. Jim understands the importance of negotiations, time management and hard work to best serve his clients and is looking forward to helping many more families recognize their dream of home ownership!

In 2015, Jim was introduced to St. Catharines when his youngest daughter enrolled in Brock University. He enjoyed the Niagara area and all that it has to offer, so much so, that he and his wife Cathy, decided to relocate. Jim is now looking forward to focusing his attention on the Niagara Region, helping clients, with all their Real Estate needs.
